WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

The public has had a misconception of hypnosis thinking it was a form of sleep. It is not sleep. Hypnosis is like a form of daydreaming where you are always in control, aware of all your surroundings and in a highly receptive state of mind. It is an enjoyable experience where a person feel extremely relaxed and calm. Meditation is a form of self hypnosis as well as missing an exit while driving. Being in hypnosis for 15 minutes is equal to having 2-3 hours of normal sleep. Being in hypnosis allows access to the subconscious / unconscious mind where new programming can take place to create great changes in your life. Our subconscious minds are programmed with old beliefs that can interfere in our life for peace, success, health and in our relationships. Hypnosis is a powerful tool for weight reduction, smoking, Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, stress release, self confidence and scholastic improvement, to name just a few. I was first introduced to hypnosis many years ago and was impressed with my ability to let stress and old feelings go that I was not even aware of. As I let old feelings go, my life started to greatly change. Our minds rule our life. If we change our thoughts, our lives will naturally follow.

HOW CAN HYPNOSIS BENEFIT US?

Our subconscious and unconscious minds rule our life. Consciously we create choices for our life that deeply affect our health, relationships, self esteem and success based on what is stored in our subconscious/unconscious minds. For instance, if we want more income and a better job, if the subconscious thinks "I'll never be able to achieve this" or "I am afraid I will fail", it will take these feelings literally and never create what we desire. Bear in mind, we are not conscious of these buried thoughts. We are just left feeling frustrated, anxious and stressed that what we want is not happening and we can then repeat the same mistakes over and over misjudging ourselves and others along the way. By accessing our subconscious/unconscious minds and reprogramming our thoughts to more positive ones, allows us to respond differently to situations and events in our life that will have a totally different outcome. Our minds control our life. What we think....we are. What do you think of yourself? Your life? Where do you see yourself in the future? How successful/happy are you? How is your state of health? These are imperative questions to ask yourself because YOU are in control of your life, health, success and destiny. Most of us have never been taught this. Science is discovering more about the mind every day. Never underestimate the power of your mind.
